The company was responsive and professional when they came out to give us a quote and throughout the entire process answering all of the questions they had. Zack and his crew were friendly, hard-working, and precise as they installed the fence, all of which was communicated to us as well. A month after our beautiful fence was installed, the 60-mph December winds took out 21 of our small panels that make up each section. We woke up at 7am 2 days after the storm came through, and Custom Fence was just wrapping up putting the panels back in. Just had the guys at Custom Fence install more than 400' of red cedar fence at my property in Sister Bay. They came with a crew of at least 6 guys, worked hard all day and completed it in the same day. Sister Bay is built on solid bedrock too, so they warned me that there might be up to $2000 in overages if they had to drill through the rock. They did have to drill about 14 holes, but it turned out to be only an extra $700, another pleasant surprise.

The crew was delayed because of another job taking a little more time because of some unexpected issues. I received a call from the crew leader informing me of this. The crew arrived within the time given to me by the crew leader. He asked a few questions, informed me what the plan was and went right to work. Once started, there was no stopping them. Each member had there job and it looked like a well oiled machine. When the job was completed, the yard was cleaned up as though they were never here. The crew leader showed me how to use the gate controls and asked if I had any feather questions. When I went outside later, the smell of cedar was in the air. My dog can now run to her hearts content

We are so amazed on how efficient the crew was and how much you transformed our home. The price was great compared to others and also the turn around was fast. Thank you and your crew on the install. Wish there were more stars to give you. Update- had some damage done from a Storm about 2 Weeks after installing. Called the office and was told some one would call. Here it's Monday no call or anything. Fixed myself. Also I was told if I paid on full we would get a 10 percent discount. Paid in full. No word on that yet. Not to pleased with handling issues or follow through.
